LIVING THE CHEESE The cheese farm experience !

Cheese plays an important part in Italian life and is present in many recipes. This region makes mostly “caciotta” and “pecorino” cheese from cow and sheep milk. You will have the opportunity to visit a local cheese factory to see how they are made and also try some of these tasty cheeses which are usually matched with some fruit jam or honey. After that you’ll have a wonderful “merenda” or picnic outdoors or indoors with wine, local produce, music, fun and laughter … in 100% Marchigiano style!
